You will join our HR Operations, Nordics department

As our new HR Advisor, you will be part of the HR Operations team, consisting of two local payroll specialists and three HR Coordinators, two of whom are located in India. We also work closely with local HR Business Partners, Global HR colleagues, other Support Functions and of course the managers and employees that we support every day.

We strive to deliver high quality HR service to the 1700 Ramboll employees in Norway and we are continuously working to optimize our processes, systems and the way we work. One of the upcoming changes is implementation of ServiceNow case management system. You will have a great impact both on your daily work and our development activities. HR Operations are supporting the local needs as well as following and implementing the global Ramboll processes.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Identify, initiate and implement optimizations within our processes and systems
• Participate in local and global projects both hands on and as local anchoring
• Super user on our HR systems and driving best practice
• HR Administration support. The day-to-day operational tasks are handled from our HR Service Centre in India while you bring the local guidance in legislation and processes.
• Professional sparring with colleagues and problem solving
• Act as local mobility coordinator

• Education on bachelor or master level in business administration, HR, economics or similar
• 3 - 5 years of experience within a broad HR role, preferably from a global organisation
• You are tech savvy and enjoy developing your technical skills. Knowledge of Workday is an advantage.
• You are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks while focusing on the success of the team as a whole.
• You feel confident working in both Norwegian and English
