The programme takes place in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Lund and Linköping. It runs over three semesters starting from your fourth year of university studies. If you study ouside Sweden, we will fly you in for the meetings.

Spring 2019 - Focus is training and networking sessions and the themes are; ÅF and our business, consultancy school, leadership, teambuilding, study visit and much more. During spring you will also receive an ÅF mentor, to discuss things like; career, engineering and life.

Autumn 2019 - Student Ambassador - All participants will plan and execute project activities as ambassadors. You will get more information about this during the first semester.

Spring 2020 - Through the contact network you have created at ÅF, you will get the opportunity to write your Master Thesis at ÅF.

Who are you?

We are looking for students with a future M.Sc. in Engineering. You will participate in the programme from your 8th semester.

You have demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills. Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required.

The programme is run in English and there will be participants from ÅF's officies across Norway, Sweden, Denamrk and Finland.

We believe that you are a team player who likes to collaborate and who like to think big and beyond convention. You are passionate of what you are doing and believe in the power of differences. You like to share your expertise and listen to others, you are driven by curiosity to grow and learn more.
