Storage24 is expanding in Norway and is now hiring PROJECT MANAGER CONSTRUCTION

To further strengthen our position in Norway, Storage24 is looking for an Oslo or surrounding area-based Project Manager Construction with passion and drive for the construction industry. You will report to our Country Head, and will be working from our new Norwegian office, which will be located in the Oslo area.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • You drive multiple building projects within time and budget including the planning and tracking of the progress and respective reporting independently
  • As a strong project manager, you communicate and manage all stakeholders and build-up relationships (e.g. construction companies and manager, architects, authorities) for the mid- and long-term
  • With your existing knowledge and competencies, you complete building inspections and ensure respective intermediate acceptance
  • Based on your economic understanding you validate invoices
  • As a flexible person you take care about e.g. the facility management of existing parks as well

Requirements, the perfect candidate brings along:

  • Multiple years experience of working in the construction and/or facility management industry
  • Powerful organizer with a proven track of managing multiple projects
  • Strong communicator with a high degree of commitment and proactive attitude
  • Ability to communicate fluent in English with the HQ
  • Open for regular travels to the construction sites
