Our new manager in Chile should have:

                More than 5 years of international working experience

                Proven track record of leadership experience

                Solid business acumen and – understanding

                Substantial experience in project management

                International contract negotiation experience

As our preferred candidate you should have:

                Master degree in relevant fields

                Strategic visions as well as operational competence

                Clear goals and excellent communication skills

                Team building ability with positive understanding of the organization and other cultures

                Fluency in English, desirable basic knowledge of Spanish and with a strong desire to speak fluent Spanish
