Beskrivelse

PX® Engineering AS are currently in a period of growth and are opening a new office located in the centre of Oslo, Norway. Our goal is to employ a total of 10 highly skilled engineers and architects with a passion for Architectural Design & Engineering. Primary Assignment and Responsibilities

 

•Project planning, analysis, cost estimating, specifications, design, and document preparation for new builds, building renovation and remodeling

•Project Management including knowledge of Project Integration, Scope Management, Time, Cost and Quality Management, Human Resources Management, Project Communications, Risk Management and Project Procurement Management

•In depth site surveys to identify facility and operating inefficiencies (Energy Management systems, mechanical, electrical, lighting, water, and building envelopes), analyze utility bills and financials, and provide technical solutions that are creative, economical and technically sound

•Perform energy and operational analysis and saving calculations, measurement and verification, modeling and forecasting, life cycle cost analysis, and feasibility analysis of recommendations and associated risks

•Keep up-to-date with environmental technology/green technology, solutions and materials currently on the market

•Keep up-to-date with software developments currently on the market

•Ensure compliancy with national and International building codes, standards and regulations at all times

 

Desired Qualifications / Experience

 

•0 - 5 years experience

•BIM (Revit or ArchiCAD) or PLM (CATIA or SolidWorks) software

•Finite Element Analysis

•Quality management

•Risk and Vulnerability Assessment

•Proficiency in English and/or Norwegian; both oral and written.

Required Academic Qualifications

 

Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Structural Engineering.
