Storage24 is growing fast and is now hiring COUNTRY HEAD to drive and manage the expansion in Norway

To further strengthen our position in Norway, Storage24 is looking for an Oslo or surrounding area-based Country Head with passion drive for the construction and storage industry. You will be setting up and working from our new Norwegian office, which will be in the Oslo area. Key business areas of your job include to buy new land, build and rent out our innovative business parks as well as to manage our existing parks with your team. As an excellent people manager and foster you will ensure our expansion not on your own, but build up and lead our Norway based team.

We expect you to:

  • set up Storage24 and defining the strategic roadmap for success in Norway
  • take complete ownership to preserve and further drive our country operations and expansion goals from day one
  • analyse roadblocks to Norway for growth and find solutions
  • ensure an integrated company culture by keeping a good connection between HQ and your remote office’s strategy as well as be a sparring partner for other country heads
  • be a hands-on all-round talent and work on diverse aspects ranging from setting up cooperation (e.g. construction), marketing to PR

Requirements, the perfect candidate brings along:

  • experience of working in a growing company with start-up flair or in one of the top strategy consultancies with focus on strong expansion or real estate/construction industry
  • having a strategic mindset with focus to implement it in a dynamic environment
  • highly motivated and entrepreneurial spirit seeking for a challenge
  • strong and passionate leader with people management experience
  • extremely strong analytical background and the hunger to drive up a market
  • able to manage market pressure and resulting stress to ensure smooth market growth
