This is your opportunity:

Our sales team in Scandinavia is looking for a Project Sales Consultant in the Oslo area to grow the business in Norway.

In addition to being open, honest and trustworthy, our new Project Sales Consultant should be driven and stimulated by meeting customers. You should have a broad technical understanding (e.g from the construction industry or similar) and previous experience in project sales. You must be “self-going” with the ability to focus and prioritize, given that you will work from home office, in combination with having support as part of a strong international company.

Your responsibilities:

  • Generate new contacts, build up the sales funnel and manage sales projects from start to order
  • Build networks and strengthen relationships to architects, end users, designers, general contractors and key customers
  • Develop and execute strategy, sales plans, market activities and sales targets.
  • Manage and train sales partners.
  • Regular reporting of sales development, projects and opportunities in the CRM System

Your qualifications:

  • Higher degree in business or marketing is preferred
  • Experience in contract business and solution selling
  • Knowledge of the construction market is clear advantage
  • Interest and feeling for a technical design product
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian, good communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM
  • You are able to travel in the country as required and to work from home office while your local sales team is based in Solna, Stockholm.
