Aker Solutions' Tie-in & Structure Department based at Fornebu, is responsible for various subsea structures as well as tie-in connection systems. We’re involved in various multi-discipline subsea projects covering all project phases including engineering, fabrication, installation and operations.
We need candidates with project management experience, primarily from the offshore industry but also from the onshore industries, who can strengthen our team and support our ambitious growth plans within the Subsea market.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Client relations – to understand their needs and build trust
• To identify resource requirements within each project and build strong teams
• Responsible for all commercial and technical aspects
• Responsible for financial as well as progress reporting
• Execute projects in accordance with Aker values

Qualifications & personal attributes

• B.Sc / M.Sc in engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience with engineering and / or construction projects, preferably from the offshore / subsea industry, but also from the onshore industries
• Minimum 3 years of experience from relevant project management positions
• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Fluent English language, both verbally and in writing
• Systematic, rational, independent and proactive
• Enjoys working in teams
• Commercial focus
